We previously reviewed the JBL S100 and S200 in-ear monitors from JBL and found them decent but a bit expensive for the sound quality that they offer. Now we have the other IEM line which happens to be a bit cheaper but how does it sound compared to the previous earphone line? We will know in this review.
Overview
JBL J22 and J33 are earphones that look quite similar to each other the same way as JBL’s other line, the S100 and S200 do. Both also have variants depending on your device and are available in 2 colors, black and white. They are slightly more inexpensive than the two other lines. The J22 costs 2,190 pesos (around $50) while the J33 is at 3,290 pesos ($75). Both can be purchased at the JBL’s stores below:
- JBL Digital Dreams (SM North EDSA Annex 4th Floor, beside PowerMac)
- JBL Acoustical Space (SM Megamall Building B 4th Floor, Cyberzone Area)
- JBL Sound Gallery (Bonifacio High Street B3, between Fridays and Happy Lemon)
